PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension telephone system capable of increasing opportunity to respond to call incoming.SOLUTION: An extension telephone system including an extension terminal 40 comprises a main device 10 which has a call incoming detection unit 102 for detecting new call incoming addressed to a busy extention terminal 40 and reporting the call incoming, refers to an identification command used by an identification command detection unit 105 for identifying a predetermined terminal corresponding to the extension terminal or a transfer destination storage unit 107, and transfers the incoming call while showing it is a transfer call. When a called extention terminal does not respond within a predetermined time or the identification command detection unit 105 detects rejection operation, the main device 10 shows the extention terminal 40 that the transfer is disabled and returns the transferred incoming call to a transfer source. |
