By disposing permanent magnets (46) around the contact block (3), arc generated when the contacts come into contact with and separate from each other can be extinguished. Further, at least one fixed terminal (33) among the plurality of fixed terminals (33) is formed such that the fixed contact (32) and the movable contact (34) come into contact with each other in a region other than the side thereof on which the one fixed terminal faces another fixed terminal (33).
