PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition for forming an optical film or sheet having flexibility, easy handling property and superior fracture strength and tensile modulus of elasticity, and to provide an optical film or sheet obtained from the composition.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition for forming an optical film or sheet comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate (A), which is a reaction product of a polyol (a) having less than 500 number average molecular weight, an organic polyisocyanate (b) showing no yellowing property, and a compound (c) that is a 4 to 7-member ring lactone adduct of a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate, in which an addition reaction ratio of the 4 to 7-member ring lactone is more than 0.1 mole and less than 2.0 mole with respect to 1 mole of the hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate. |
