PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a method for manufacturing the pneumatic tire, capable of improving rim detachment resistance while keeping a rim assembling property.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire includes a pair of left and right bead cores 11 formed by bundling up a plurality of bead wires 2 in an annular shape and coating the same with bead rubber 3. The bead core 11 has a plurality of wire rows aligned in the tire width direction. When defining Bi as an average value of the alignment interval of the bead wires 2 in an inside wire row (the wire row positioned the innermost in the tire width direction) and Bo as an average value of the alignment interval of the bead wires 2 in an outside wire row (the wire row positioned the outermost in the tire width direction), the relationship of Bo<Bi is established. Further, when defining Ri as a radial direction position of the bead wire 2 positioned the innermost in the tire radial direction among the inside wire row and Ro as a radial direction position of the bead wire 2 positioned the innermost in the tire radial direction among the outside wire row, the relationship of Ri<Ro is established. |
