PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform the aligned winding of a wire easily, inexpensively and reliably.SOLUTION: In the procedure of a traverse to move a winding position in a reel shaft direction, guide rollers 2 are held, at positions apart from the vicinities of reel flange sections 1b, within the range of a distance (D) from the winding surface of the outer circumference of a reel barrel 1a being more than 0 mm but not more than 30 mm, and are gradually moved to positions outward from the reel flange portions 1b in the reel diameter direction to positions where the distance (C) from the outer edges of the reel flange sections 1b are within the range over 0 mm to 20 mm. Meanwhile, the guide rollers 2 are always held at positions where the roller axis K is parallel to a reel axis T. |
