PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently enhance security of a communication system using a shared key encryption system.SOLUTION: A storage unit 18 manages a shared key table which has to be formed by combining a plurality of partial shared key tables including a plurality of shared keys. A security processing unit 15 executes security processing on data by using any shared key in the shared key table managed by the storage unit 18. An MAC frame processing unit 14, a modulation and demodulation unit 13, and an RF unit 12 transmit data on which the security processing has been performed. A key updating unit 153 updates the shared key table by adding a new partial shared key table to the shared key table. |
