PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel controller for which power consumption for driving sense lines or drive lines is low.SOLUTION: A touch panel controller (1) is provided with: a drive circuit (5); inner product computation circuits (3); and signal comparison circuits (2) which, in accordance with a result of comparison between a no-touch linear sum signal corresponding to a value of a linear sum signal output by the drive circuit (5) when there is no touch input to a touch panel (6), and the linear sum signal, stops operation of the inner product computation circuits (3). |
