This delivery server is provided with: a receiving unit which receives from a mobile terminal a request for meter reading processing of a gas meter to be read; a calculation unit which performs meter reading according to the request and calculates the customer's gas fees for the current month of the meter reading; a payment state verification unit which, from a payment state in a storage device, verifies the payment state of the gas fees prior to the current month of the meter reading of the customer to whom the request pertains, and if the gas fees are unpaid, reads from the memory device said unpaid gas fees; an issuing unit which issues invoice information including the gas fees of the current month of meter reading, and unpaid gas fees; and a transmission unit which transmits the invoice information to the mobile terminal. |
