The present invention relates to the field of compositions containing organic macromolecular compounds, and specifically to a solid polymeric electrolyte for lithium batteries. The solid polymeric electrolyte according to the invention comprises a polymeric matrix in the form of a semi-interpenetrating polymer network consisting of a linear elastomer, i.e. nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR, 8.8-14.5 parts by weight), and a cross-linked ionic copolymer (35.0-58.1 parts by weight), derived from monomers selected from the group of polyethylene glycol (meth)acrylates (MPEG), polyethylene glycol di(meth)acrylates (DMPEG) and (meth)acrylate ionic liquids (LIM), with a MPEG:DMPEG:LIM ratio of 1:2:6 (parts by weight), said matrix including a lithium salt solution (12.4 parts by weight) in an ionic liquid (15.0-43.8 parts by weight). The solid polymeric electrolyte can be used in the form of a thin film, which is more effective as a separator in lithium-ion current sources. The mean specific capacity of the solid-state lithium battery containing said solid polymeric electrolyte, over 75 charge/discharge cycles at 40°C, is 69 mA·h/g. |
