The present invention relates to heating equipment for a vacuum vessel of an RH vacuum degassing apparatus, which includes a flamethrower: which is formed vertically from the upper part of the vacuum vessel of an RH vacuum degassing apparatus down to the inside of the vacuum vessel; and which is arranged parallel to the bottom of the said vacuum vessel on a vertical lance and the end of the vertical lance where an interior gas passage is formed; and which releases fire onto the wall of the vacuum vessel by combusting the gas flowed in from the gas passage inside the vertical lance.
