PURPOSE: A method for limiting charging/discharging current of a fuel cell-super capacitor hybrid electric vehicle is provided to control the power off of a super cap by limiting the charging/discharging current according to internal state of the super cap and to maintain a hybrid mode. CONSTITUTION: A method for limiting charging/discharging current of a fuel cell-super capacitor hybrid electric vehicle comprises the following steps: calculating a limit value of charging/discharging current of a super cap by receiving whole voltage and a value of measuring internal state of the super cap from a controller; producing a motoring current limit value and a super cap discharge current measured value; and transferring the motoring current limit value to a motor controller and performing charging/discharging control according to the motoring current limit value.
