摘要 PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing of metal matrix nano composites and a metal matrix nano composite manufacturing method using the same are provided to use carbon nano materials of a colloid state mixed with water, thereby preventing the scattering of the carbon nano material in the air and removing the restriction of the shape or thickness of a metal base. CONSTITUTION: A jig for manufacturing of metal matrix nano composites (MMNC) (10) comprises a pair of side plate portions (100) which is spaced from each other and lower plate portions (200) which are bent and extended so as to face each other in each lower end of the pair of side plate portions and which forms a channel opened in upward and downward directions. The lower plate portion has one or more steps which have a stepped extension section toward the upper side of the channel. An MMNC manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing the jig; mounting the jig on a metal matrix (40); providing carbon nano materials (30) of a colloid state mixed with water to the channel formed on the lower plate portion of the jig; and friction-stirring the metal matrix through the channel using a tool (20).
