The invention discloses a ring shaped loose leaf mechanism (110), which is fixed with a seal plate (130) and comprises an upper casing (112) with two through holes (120) and two side skirts (128), wherein paired plates (114), which are hinged to each other, and a plurality of paired semi-annular ring pieces (116), which are mounted on the plates (114), are supported by the casing (112); the plates (114) pivot and rotate between an opening state and a closing state; in the opening state, the semi-annular ring pieces (116) are opened; in the closing state, the semi-annular ring pieces (116) are closed to form a plurality of closed ring pieces; each through hole (120) is fixed with the seal plate (130) only thorugh a rivet (138); and when the ring shaped loose leaf mechanism (110) is fixed with the seal plate (130), the side skirts (128) partially abut on the seal plate (130). |
