The present invention relates to a semiconductor device with a guard ring comprising a plurality of partial guard rings, a first signal transmitting plug, a second signal transmitting plug, and a transmitting line. The plurality of partial guard rings surrounds a predetermined area; is separated at first intervals; and is electrically disconnected to each other. The first signal transmitting plug is electrically connected to a temporary partial guard ring. The second signal transmitting plug is electrically connected to the temporary partial guard ring and is separated from the first signal transmitting plug at second intervals in a length direction of the temporary partial guard ring. The transmitting line comprises a first conductive line which connects a first inner circuit and the first signal transmitting plug, and a second conductive line which connects the second signal transmitting plug and a second inner circuit.. The plurality of partial guard rings has different lengths or the same length. |
