摘要 The present invention comprises: a material processing step for processing a material to a wanted shape in a surface processing method of aluminum or magnesium; a surface treating step for treating 0.1-10μm of average surface roughness and 0.1-10Ω/cm^2 of surface resistance of the material at the same time by surface treating a surface of the material which is processed to the wanted shape in the material processing step; and a film forming step for forming an inorganic film on the material which is surface treated in the surface treating step. Since more than one component among sodium metasilicate (Na2SiO3), sodium citrate (C6H5Na3O7·2H2O), cyanate iron potassium (K3(Fe(CN)6)), and potassium disphosphate (K2HPO4) is used for an electrolyte solution, the surface uniformly absorbs red, green, and blue wavelength without an additional paint or coating operation. Since an additional coating operation is not necessary, coating costs are reduced, and a heat transfer reduction effect due to a coating film is prevented. Moreover, the present invention enables a user to increase productivity since a black surface processing is possible by using a cost-effective material and reducing environmental contamination.
