The present invention relates to an ultraviolet-curable fluorinated copolymer capable of forming a film easily, having excellent fouling resistance and transparency, and having a low refractive index; a coating composition containing the same and a film containing the same, wherein the copolymer according to the present invention not only has excellent fouling resistance and transparency and has a low refractive index improved by using a perfluoropolyether-based acrylic modified compound including a few hydrocarbon groups as a first repeating unit but also facilitates the formation of a solid film by using an ultraviolet-curable benzophenone-based acrylic modified compound as a second repeating unit, thereby being used as a coating composition for an anti-contamination film, an anti-reflection film or an optical filter of a flat panel display.
