A neck auto traction apparatus and method thereof are disclosed. The neck auto traction apparatus according to the present invention is installed in a place containing front, back, left and right side of the neck and the present invention comprises the following: a plurality of stretching parts which is extended or reduced up and down; a setting part for a standard length which sets the reference length of each stretching part of a user's standard position after placing a plurality of stretching parts on a user's neck; a flow range setting part which sets each of the stretching part's flow range based on the standard length set by the setting part for the standard length; and a control part for controlling the expansion and reduction of each stretching part in a predetermined period within the flow range set by the flow range setting part.
