PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush having conical bristle bundle groups and bundle groups filling in the vertical direction, which has an excellent cleaning property of distal surfaces of innermost molars as well as a cleaning property of occlusal surfaces of teeth and interdental parts, a brushing property of tooth surfaces, and a massaging property of interdental papilla parts.SOLUTION: The toothbrush includes: a quadrangular-pyramid bristle group formed at a tip end of a bristle-filling face of a bristle-filling base by filling four bristle bundles inclinedly in a central direction, the four bristle bundles consisting of two bundles that are adjacent in the longitudinal direction and two bristle bundles are adjacent in the width direction; and a vertical bristle bundle area adjacent to a longitudinal base end side of the bristle-filling base of the quadrangular-pyramid bristle group, the vertical bristle bundle group consisting of a plurality of vertical bristle bundles that fill the bristle-filling face in the vertical direction and, the height of which is lower than the height of the quadrangular-pyramid bristle group. |
