PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measuring accuracy of a thermal type flowmeter.SOLUTION: In a thermal type flowmeter, a circuit package 400 includes a passage part 605 in which a flow rate detection part 602 is disposed and a processing part 604 in which a circuit is disposed, the passage part 605 of the circuit package 400 is disposed in a sub-passage by being fixed to a fixing part 372 molded integrally with the circuit package 400 and constituting the sub-passage, a storage part 384 having a recess 383 opposite to the fixing part 372 is formed in the sub-passage, and at least a part of the tip 401 of the circuit package 400 is stored inside the recess 383 of the storage part 384. |
