PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame detection device in which a zero output is set appropriately, the influence of flame of other burners in a boiler is eliminated, and misdetection is prevented.SOLUTION: A flame detection device includes: a sensor 11; a tube 12; a cover 15; and an opening and closing mechanism. The sensor 11 detects light emitted from flame and notifies presence or absence of flame. The tube 12 has the sensor 11 built-in and has an opening toward a nozzle of a burner 5 that discharges flame being a detection target of the sensor 11. The cover 15 is provided in the vicinity of the opening, and can move between a closed position where the cover adheres to the opening and closes the opening and an opening position where the cover is apart from the opening. The opening and closing mechanism moves the cover 15 between the closed position and the opening position when an output of the sensor is adjusted. |
