When the flow rate of the concentrated oxygen gas from the take-out port is not greater than the predetermined value, processes for pressure equalization, simultaneous pressurization, pressurization/depressurization, oxygen supply, and purge are carried out before the adsorption cylinder from which the concentrated oxygen gas is supplied to an oxygen tank is switched from a first adsorption cylinder to a second adsorption cylinder. |
