PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemically strengthened glass plate that can stand various breakage conditions.SOLUTION: A chemically strengthened glass plate, which has been subjected to chemical strengthening treatment and has an approximately rectangular shape, has front and rear principal surfaces and an end surface between the front and rear principal surfaces. The chemically strengthened glass plate has a surface compressive stress of 850 MPa or more, an internal tensile stress of 42 MPa or lower, a thickness of a surface compressive stress layer of 20-35 μm, and a plate thickness of 0.5 mm or more. |
