The water supply (10) and drain (11) enter and leave through the same opening (9) in the tank bottom. The heat exchanger (16) extending in the vertical direction of the tank is elongated and cylindrical, and has a length which corresponds to five times the diameter. The diameter (18) is smaller than the diameter (19) of the opening in the tank wall. The volume of the chamber (15) in the top section of the tank above the horizontal separation surface (13,13A) in which the mouth (12) of the angled drain dips, adjusts the volume of the amount of water in the tank.
