The valve has a temperature-sensitive element arranged at an inlet side (44) and provided for opening and/or closing a closing body when opening limit temperature at the inlet side is reached. Another temperature-sensitive element is arranged at an outlet side (42) for closing and/or opening the closing body when closing limit temperature is reached at the outlet side. The sensitive elements are made from shaped-memory-alloy material and designed as springs (52, 54) i.e. helical springs. The closing body is designed as a closing piston (38) that is loaded against a valve seat (40). An independent claim is also included for a system for temperature-layered storing of hot fluid.
