The component has an electrical resistor (12) non-linearly designed. A renewable function part (4) is exchangeably attached at a basic device (3). The resistor is arranged in the function part, and acted upon by an electrical contact of the function part for real-time testing of the function part. A data memory is arranged in the basic device. An excepted resistance value or an excepted resistance value-bandwidth is stored in the memory for different voltages applied at the function part. The applied voltages are used relative to real-time testing by using the stored resistance value. The resistor is made of a metalized paper.
