The device has a circular or strip-shaped organic LED (OLED) luminous element (1) designed as a punctiform OLED light source, where reflectors (2), lens, a rod-shaped light conductor and planar light conductors are attached to the OLED luminous element for collecting and deflecting a light in a light exit direction (3) for generating given light distribution. The light is irradiated from the OLED luminous element. Focus spots of the OLED luminous element are arranged in the reflectors and the lens. Uncoupling elements are arranged at a back part of the rod-shaped or planar light conductors. The lens is designed as a free forming lens, a Fresnel lens or an aspheric lens.
