PHOTOPOLYMERIZABLE COMPOSITION, COLOR FILTER, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photopolymerizable composition with high sensitivity and reduced solid precipitation after coating, a color filter produced using the composition, and a method for producing the color filter.SOLUTION: The photopolymerizable composition contains (A) a novel oxime derivative photoinitiator, (B) a radical-polymerizable monomer having a boiling point of 100°C or higher under normal pressure, and (C) a colorant. The color filter is produced by using the photopolymerizable composition. The method for producing the color filter includes applying the photopolymerizable composition onto a support, exposing the composition through a mask, and developing the composition to form a pattern.
