PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional technique, a method of monitoring a load state is indirect, thereby an efficiency improvement effect is not obtained.SOLUTION: A switching regulator control circuit 61 includes: an oscillator 14 generating a carrier signal VRAMP; and a transistor drive circuit 30 driving a switching transistor 21 and a synchronous rectification transistor 22 on the basis of a PWM signal PWM generated based on the carrier signal VRAMP. The oscillator 14 switches the frequency of the carrier signal VRAMP on the basis of the direction of an inter-source-drain voltage of the synchronous rectification transistor 22. |
