PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calculus capture/expulsion device for the tubular organ facilitating a transfer and a re-transfer of the calculus capture/expulsion device for the tubular organ to/from an affected part and capable of surely and smoothly capturing and removing the calculus.SOLUTION: The calculus capture/expulsion device includes: a hollow tubular first sheath 2 in which a guide wire for guiding the calculus capture/expulsion device 1 to any position of the tubular organ is inserted; a hollow tubular second sheath 3 in which the first sheath 2 is inserted; and a basket 4 having a meshed filter part 43 that is opened to a proximal end side, one end of which is axially slidably disposed at a distal end 21 of the first sheath 2, by a ring-shaped first binding section 41, and the other end of which is axially slidably disposed at a distal end 31 of the second sheath 3, by a ring-shaped second binding section 42. |
