PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure check valve which is appropriate for a flow passage of a high-pressure fluid, presents an excellent check performance for fluids from low pressure to ultra-high pressure, improves valve capacity by ensuring a large flow in valve opening, ensures sealing property by remarkably improving durability, extends a limitation in the number of times of operating a valve element, and is available as an inline check valve appropriate particularly for an application fluid such as high-pressure hydrogen, and a hydrogen station employing the same.SOLUTION: A body 1 including a pipe junction part and a cylindrical space part and a cap body including a pipe junction part and a valve seat sealing surface 21 are threaded and coupled via a gasket 4, and a poppet valve element 3 is mounted via a spring so as to abut a planar portion 35 to the valve seat sealing surface 21. The planar portion 35 is made into material of which the hardness is lower than that of an obtuse angle edge portion 22 of the valve seat sealing surface 21. Under low pressure, a sealing width W1 between the obtuse angle edge portion 22 and the planar portion 35 is made narrower and under high pressure, the planar portion 35 is deformed, such that a sealing width W2 between the obtuse angle edge portion 22 and the planar portion 35 is made wider. |
