PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locate a position of a radio terminal.SOLUTION: A position detection system comprises: a radio transmission device which transmits its own position information by a plurality of different communication modes; and a radio terminal which receives the position information of the radio transmission device transmitted by the plurality of communication modes. The radio terminal comprises: first position detection means which receives signals transmitted by a first communication mode from the radio transmission device, and detects a position of the radio terminal on the basis of the position information included in the received signals; second position detection means which, according to a detection state of the first position detection means, receives signals transmitted by a second communication mode from the radio transmission device, and detects the position of the radio terminal on the basis of the position information included in the received signals; and first position determination means which determines the position of the radio terminal on the basis of the pieces of position information acquired by the first position detection means and the second position detection means. |
