PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which in accordance with a use object of a job history at the time of using the job history and presence or absence of a job capable of being re-executed, prevention of unauthorized access to electronic document data on re-execution can be performed effectively.SOLUTION: Search is made as to whether or not a job with image data, which can be re-executed, is present among a job history, in which executed jobs are stored in a re-executable form; and when a re-executable job is not present, a job history is displayed in such a manner that a re-executing operation cannot be performed. In contrast, when a re-executable job is present, user authentication is performed if the operator has not finished user authentication, and re-execution of a job is accepted. When a user who executed a job having accepted the re-execution instruction and the authenticated log-in user are the same user, re-execution is approved and re-execution of a job is performed. |
