PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a certainty that a user notices a notification sound in a case a plurality of sounds are generated with a duplicated generating time.SOLUTION: A notice sound generator includes: first means for recording and storing an ambient sound including a notification sound, a notification voice, and an ambient noise; second means for extracting used time duration and frequency from a stored ambient sound by the first means; third means for identifying vacant time duration and frequency from a stored ambient sound by the second means and for generating a notification sound including a notification voice; and fourth means for avoiding a collision between an ambient sound and a generated notification sound by re-performing the second means and the third means if a used sound exists in the ambient sound in a similar time duration immediately after emitting a notification sound generated by the third means.
