PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user convenience of an automatic transaction device by allowing a user to send a message not only to an account of a payee but also to those who have no bank account or to many and unspecified people.SOLUTION: At an automatic transaction device, a user stores a message in a server by using a medium, such as a card and a bankbook, which provides an account number. Thereby, any person can read the message by using the account number, the name, or the date of birth of the user as a key. |
