PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based one-component moisture-curable resin composition containing silicon-containing characteristic groups, which is low in environmental load because of containing no organic heavy metal compound having high toxicity and is excellent in hydrolysis resistance.SOLUTION: The curable resin composition is characterized by containing: a curable resin (A) containing a plurality of ester structures in the main chain and containing on average one or more silicon-containing characteristic groups; and a boron trifluoride and/or its complex (B) as a curing catalyst. It is preferable that the curable resin (A) is derived from a vegetable oil and fat.
