PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce a shock by making good use of centrifugal force by rotation of a shaft even if many forms are set.SOLUTION: There is provided a paper feeder having a placement plate 103 capable of moving up and down according to the weight of placed forms, the paper feeder including a shaft 106 which rotates associatively with the up/down movement of the placement plate 103, an eccentric member 5 which rotates associatively with the rotation of the shaft 106 to move away from the shaft 106 with centrifugal force F generated through the rotation. Then braking force against the rotation of the shaft 106 is generated as the eccentric member 5 moves away from the shaft 106. |
