发明名称 DISCHARGE DETECTION DEVICE, DISCHARGE DETECTION METHOD, LIQUID PARTICLE DISCHARGE DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that in a conventional device for detecting a discharge abnormality of a nozzle, in performing the detection of the discharge abnormality of the nozzle, as the nozzle is moved to an inspection position provided with an electrode, an improvement in availability of the device is interrupted and the detection work cannot be performed often.SOLUTION: A discharge detection device is configured by: a conveyer belt part 3 which uses a conductive ink 1 and an insulating sheet 2, and conveys the sheet 2; a nozzle N which can discharge particles of the ink 1 toward the sheet 2 under conveyance by the conveyor belt part 3; a discharge control part which controls the discharge of the particles of the ink 1 at the nozzle N in such a manner that a detection pattern DP formed by landing the particles of the ink 1 on the sheet 2 can be formed; an electrode P which is provided on the conveyance downstream side of the sheet 2 from the position of the nozzle N, and also which is provided in such a manner that it is at least in contact with the detection pattern DP formed on the sheet 2 by the discharge control of the discharge control part; and a detection part which detects an electrical characteristic in the detection pattern DP via the electrode P, and detects a discharge abnormality of the nozzle N based on the detection result.
