摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensed particle counter in which a structure of a flow path is made simpler, which performs concentration measurement of nanoparticles with higher accuracy, and whose price is lower, as compared with conventional techniques.SOLUTION: The condensed particle counter has: a saturation part; and a condensation and growth part connected on the upper saturation part. There is provided a suction tube protruding and opening along a central axis of a condensation and growth tube forming the condensation and growth part. A liquid droplet detection part is provided downstream of the suction tube. A flow rate measurement part is provided downstream of the liquid droplet detection part. Suction means is provided downstream of the flow rate measurement part. Sample flow is introduced on an upstream side of the saturation part, a part of the introduced sample flow is sucked at constant speed from the suction tube to the liquid droplet detection part, particle counting frequency is measured, the particle counting frequency is divided by a flow rate directly measured downstream of the liquid droplet detection part, and thereby particle number concentration of the sample flow is calculated.
