PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration piece that allows strength of a base portion and impact resistance characteristics to be improved.SOLUTION: A crystal vibration piece 1 uses a Z plate cut from a crystal ore or the like as a base material at predetermined angles with respect to an X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis perpendicular to one another as crystal axes of crystal and has an outer shape formed by etching. The crystal vibration piece 1 comprises: a base portion 10; a pair of vibration arms 11 extending from the base portion 10 in a Y-axis direction; and notches 12 and 13 formed by cutting out the base portion 10 in an X-axis direction. The notch 12 has an inclination portion 12c formed between a side 12a in the cut out direction and an outer periphery 10b of the base portion 10 by cutting out the base portion 10 from a plus side to a minus side of the X-axis such that a width of the notch 12 becomes wider as approaching the outer periphery 10b. |
