PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condition setting device which prevents a situation that a plurality of information provision conditions become the same, and contributes to a situation that information of a higher significance can be preferentially provided.SOLUTION: A condition setting device 1 determines provision conditions including a first condition element set as to each of at least partial information out of a plurality of information under (i) a restriction under which a provision condition satisfying a first setting rule is more preferentially set to information having a higher provision priority, and (ii) a restriction under which, the same condition element is not applied to two or more information out of a plurality of information. Further, in the condition setting device 1, under (i) a restriction under which, as to information having a higher provision priority, the provision condition is caused to be more preferentially closer to a second condition element aggregation (where the second condition element set includes the first condition element set), and (ii) the same condition element is not applied to two or more information out of a plurality of information, a condition element is added to either of provision conditions of at least partial information. |
