PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the under color removing(UCR) rate of a required color as required in an easy way with respect to the adjusting method of the URC rate of a print which is outputted from a color image forming device. SOLUTION: Inputs R, G and B from a scanner 100 are transmitted to a printer 300 via aγ-correcting part 201, a color converting mart 202, a UCR part 203, a selector part 204 and a gradation processing part 205. For the adjustment of the UCR rate with respect to the color image forming device, the color where the UCR rate is required to be changed is selected in the UCR part 203, a user set the UCR rate concerning the color and the whole UCR rate is adjusted based on it.
