The applicator (1) has a delivery dosing feeder (4) delivering medical active ingredient, and a dose detection unit (5) detecting delivered amount. A locking device (6) locks the feeder during reaching of a predetermined delivered active ingredient amount. The device is controlled by an electronic control device (7) with a patient data memory (8) i.e. EPROM, where control data provided by an input device is entered into the control device for patient-individual locking of the feeder. The control device is connected with a RFID-element (20) over a RFID-transmission and/or receiving device (21).
