<p>Disclosed are a measurement reporting method, and a notification method, device and system. The measurement reporting method comprises: receiving from a base station at least two measurement thresholds and indication information used for indicating UE to perform measurement reporting according to the abovementioned at least two measurement thresholds; and according to the indication information, reporting to the base station. The present invention solves the problem in the related art that measurement report thresholds need to be configured many times when a base station needs to acquire a plurality of measurement results, and saves air interface resources.</p>
