A fastener strip and a tape feeder connection device. The fastener strip (100) comprises: multiple fasteners (101), arranged in the same form in a width direction; and multiple fastener connection parts (102), used to connect to the neighboring fasteners (101), wherein each fastener connection part (102) is connected to one side of the neighboring fastener (101) in the width direction. The tape feeder connection device is used to connect the fastener strip (100) to tape feeders (300), and comprises: a lower main body (201), comprising a tape feeder fixing part (202), which makes the tape feeders to be connected aligned with each other linearly; a fastener strip feeding part (203), used to feed the fastener strip in a direction perpendicular to the tape feeders; and a tape feeder connection part (204), arranged between a front end of the tape feeder fixing part (202) and the fastener strip feeding part (203); and an upper main body (205), connected to an upper side of the lower main body (201) in a rotatable way, and comprising a handle (206), connected through a rotatable connector (207) to the fastener strip feeding part (203); and an upper press block (225), connected to the handle (206) and the fastener strip feeding part (203) in a rotatable way. The present invention can reduce the waste material and recycle the waste material without interfering with a material receiving operation.
