Provided are an apparatus, system, and method for quickly cancelling impulse noise. The noise cancelling apparatus according to the present invention comprise: an image input unit for receiving pixel data including color information of each pixel included in an image to be corrected; a noise cancelling unit for cancelling noise of the pixels included in the pixel data by a weighting based averaging method; and an image output unit for outputting the pixel data processed by the noise cancelling unit. The weighting is set to have a maximum value when a difference between a value of a block to be corrected and a value of a block to be compared is zero, linearly decreases as the difference increases up to a threshold value, and is set to have zero when the difference is greater than or equal to the threshold value. When an impulse block among the blocks to be corrected has blocks to be compared whose weight is not zero and whose number is less than the predetermined number, the noise canceling unit cancels noise included in the pixel data by giving a corrected weighting to at least the predetermined number of blocks to be compared among the blocks to be compared and averaging the blocks to be corrected and the blocks to be compared which are given the corrected weighting.
