The present invention relates to a coil component, a mounting structure thereof, and an electronic device having the same capable of securing an insulation between a first part and a second part with small size. For the forementioned, the coil component according to the present invention includes: a bobbin which is equipped with a winding part which has a wound coil and a first terminal joint part in which multiple first contact terminals are connected; and a second contact joint part which is equipped with a terminal block which protrudes from the bobbin and multiple second contact terminals which are connected to the terminal block. The second terminal joint part can be mounted on a substrate by being separated from the bobbin after winding the coil.
