Disclosed is an apparatus for controlling the temperatures of steel. The disclosed invention includes: a rail unit which is installed along the moving direction of the steel, and which moves while being rolled by a roller; a temperature controlling unit for controlling the temperature of a designated part of the steel while moving along the rail unit; and an interlocking unit for moving the temperature controlling unit interlocked with the movement of the steel.
