CABLE ENTRY BOOT FOR AN ELECTRICAL CABLE CONNECTOR A cable entry boot (10) for an electrical cable connector (100) has a boot body (11) configured to be mounted within an entry port (101) of the connector (100). The boot body (11) has a proximal portion (12) at least one intermediate portion (13, 14) and a distal portion (15). The boot body (11) defines a cable aperture body (16) extending from an opening (17) in the proximal portion (12) through the intermediate portions (13, 14) and the distal portion (15) to an end wall (18) of the distal portion (15) defining a sealed distal end of the boot body (11). The cable entry aperture (16) has a stepped cross-sectional profile that reduces from a maximum area at the proximal portion (12) to a minimum area at the distal portion (15).
