The method includes: obtaining at least one path distributed base station interface signal (101); executing optical transport network electrical layer multiplexing processing to the at least one path distributed base station interface signal obtained (102); executing electro-optical conversion to the signal, processed by the optical transport network electrical layer multiplexing, in order to generate one path optical signal, and transmitting it (103). The device includes: an obtaining module, for obtaining at least one path distributed base station interface signal; a multiplexing processing module, for executing optical transport network electrical layer multiplexing processing to the at least one path distributed base station interface signal obtained; a first transmitting module, for executing electro-optical conversion to the signal, processed by the optical transport network electrical layer multiplexing, in order to generate one path optical signal, and transmitting it. The signal transmission processing method and device, and the distributed base station can multiplex multi-paths signals into one path optical signal, and enhance signal transmission efficiency.
