PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lookup table with lower power consumption.SOLUTION: The lookup table uses a memory element having a transistor having a drain connected to one electrode of a capacitor and an input of an inverter and a source connected to first wiring, and having a configuration in which the other electrode of the capacitor is connected to second wiring. In such a memory element, for data writing, a potential of the second wiring can be complementary to a potential of the first wiring to make a potential of the drain of the transistor, that is, a potential of the input of the inverter higher than a high potential of the inverter, so that a relevant through current of the inverter can be significantly reduced. As a result, standby power consumption can be significantly reduced. |
